‘Deadpool & Wolverine’ is one of the, if not the most important movie releasing this summer. The movie is Deadpool’s first foray into the MCU and the studio’s attempt to “right some wrongs” that were plaguing their production over the last several years.

Once Deadpool joins the MCU, fans expect him to stay as a staple character that will show up in plenty of other projects. This seems like something that Levy would very much like to do as the ‘Deadpool & Wolverine’ director claimed in a recent Total Film interview that he would like to make a Deadpool & Spider-Man team-up movie.

Levy said in the interview that Deadpool makes everything interesting, and he would like to see Tom Holland running in circles around everyone else.

“The thing about Deadpool is I think he makes everything more interesting because of his audacity. But, boy, I’d sure love to see Deadpool and Spidey. That’s a movie I’d love to make. I feel like Tom Holland would run circles around everyone else.”

Producer Wendy Jacobson also said that she would like to see Deadpool team up with She-Hulk’s Titania:

“She’s such a heightened, hilarious character and also an actor who can improv and is razor-sharp and can banter. I can’t imagine being an actor, period, but I can’t imagine having to work opposite someone like Ryan Reynolds, who is just so quick and so smart and so funny all the time – but that woman could handle it.”

‘Deadpool & Wolverine’ releases on July 26, 2024. The movie recently got approved by regulators in China meaning that its chances of crossing a billion dollars at the global box office have risen significantly.
