‘Deadpool & Wolverine’ is the most recent installment in the MCU. Following a series of mediocre projects, the cinematic universe is back with a bang, as the movie is lauded as a hit both by the audiences and critics and is lining up box office records.

For the most part, the movie was successful due to Ryan Reynolds and his collaboration with Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine, as fans have wanted to see such a thing play out for years now. The second reason is a large number of references and cameos from other Marvel properties that were released way before the MCU was a thing.

Fans were overjoyed to see Garner’s Elektra, Tatum’s Gambit, Snipes’ Blade, and Evans’ Human Torch, as well as the rest of the characters that were part of the Fox X-Men franchise.

Recently, a set of behind-the-scenes photos was released online, and it’s clear that the filming of the movie looked more like a reunion of old friends rather than the job. You can check out the gallery below:

‘Deadpool & Wolverine’ served as a proper sendoff for Legacy characters, almost all actors involved stated that they never thought it possible to return to these roles, so it was quite a surprise that they got the call and they wasted no time accepting it.
