Fans Speculate That Reynolds May Really Dislike T.J. Miller Following Snipes’ Return to Deadpool

As previously mentioned, Wesley Snipes, the original Blade, made a surprising return to one of his most iconic roles in Deadpool & Wolverine. Fans were thrilled to see Snipes back in action, given Blade’s significant impact on the entertainment industry, and their excitement has been evident across social media.

Interestingly, Ryan Reynolds, the star of the film, also expressed enthusiasm about Snipes’ return. This was particularly notable given the rumored animosity between Reynolds and Snipes from their previous collaborations on the Blade movies. Meanwhile, T.J. Miller, a key figure in the Deadpool franchise, did not reprise his role for Deadpool & Wolverine.

Although Miller’s absence was anticipated, given the somewhat rocky nature of his departure from the franchise, fans have speculated that Reynolds might have strong negative feelings towards Miller. They believe that Reynolds’ decision not to bring Miller back for the third film reflects deeper personal tensions.

In summary, T.J. Miller was quietly removed from the Deadpool movies due to a series of sexual assault allegations, which he denied but that significantly impacted his career and posed a problem for Fox at the time. While these allegations alone might have been enough for his departure, Miller also had a public feud with Ryan Reynolds. He claimed that Reynolds disliked him, had verbally abused him on set and that the actor’s fame had gone to his head.

“As the character, he was, like, horrifically mean to me. But to me. As if I’m Weasel. He was like, ‘You know what’s great about you, Weasel? You’re not the star, but you do just enough exposition that it’s funny and then we can leave and get back to the real movie.’ (…) That’s exactly why he said that. Because I’m not funnier than he is at all, right? And I haven’t been in more movies than him. (…)

I think after he got super, super famous from the first Deadpool, then things kinda changed. I think he was like, ‘See? You guys see?’ (…) I would not have done ‘Deadpool 3’ if they came to me and were like, ‘We want you to do ‘Deadpool 3,’ and we’re going to pay you twice as much.’”

As you can see, these comments were quite severe, and while they likely contributed to Miller’s absence from the film, some fans believe that Snipes’ return suggests Reynolds might harbor a deeper resentment towards Miller. Notably, Snipes and Reynolds had a well-known feud during the Blade films, with Snipes reportedly being difficult on set and the two actors barely speaking. However, as our reports indicate, they now seem to be on good terms. So, why isn’t Miller in the movie?
