‘The Boys’ Showrunner Eric Kripke Trolls Trump & Elon Musk Using Zack Synder’s “Famous” ‘Justice League’ Photo

‘The Boys’ recently released its 4th season, and it was really a loaded gun. The show despite being incredibly successful was being review-bombed by some fans and criticized by some for an obvious drop in quality of writing.

It’s not that the show has ever played coy with its extremely leftist themes, it’s just that the latest season seemingly dropped all subtlety and grace when dealing with them and went with various takes on toilet humor, sexual attack jokes, and gore overall to prove their point.

Eric Kripke has never exactly hidden his stance when it comes to politics, but he arguably used fewer sexual attacks and weird kinks to promote them. He frequently addresses his followers on social media to either attack “fans” who are displeased with the show or to support his cast and crew. His most recent post however was purely political as the writer and producer retweeted a photo of various members of Trump’s cabinet and right-leaning media personalities/businessmen photoshopped into a famous Snyder’s ‘Justice League’ poster.

In the photo, Elon Musk is depicted as Cyborg, Robert F. Kennedy Jr is depicted as Aquaman, JD Vance is depicted as Batman, Vivek Ramaswamy is depicted as Flash, Tulsi Gabbard is depicted as Wonder Woman, and as you could assume Trump is depicted as Superman.

Kripke added a caption that draws parallels between this “Injustice League” and the Seven saying “It’s hard to make the Seven seem heroic by here we are.”

As you can imagine, plenty of Kripke’s followers supported the hilarious image adding their own commentary and spin on it:

And, naturally, plenty of people criticized Kripke for the image:
