The series featured a stellar cast and was well-written, although some fans voiced concerns about its political themes. Regardless, it stands out as perhaps the most unique entry on this list.

9. Gen V

The first—and hopefully not the last—spin-off of The Boys, Gen V has successfully demonstrated that the creators of Amazon’s hit series have plenty of creative ideas to explore, which is exciting for fans. Gen V shifts the focus to a new generation, tackling a different set of issues within the same universe. This fresh perspective is what makes the show feel so authentic and contributes to its success.

8. Moon Knight

While you may argue that the ending was not executed as well as it could have been, the overall concept of The Umbrella Academy was fantastic. It offered a fresh and intriguing take on the superhero genre, bringing something provocative to the screen that resonated with fans.

The characters were quirky, the performances were outstanding, and the writing was mostly strong, making it easy to see why this series earned a spot on the list.

6. Hawkeye

Given how underutilized Hawkeye has been in the MCU, expectations for this series were low before its premiere. However, it ended up being one of the best shows in the MCU. Fans embraced the characters and the storyline, and Hawkeye finally had the opportunity to shine, even though it wasn’t in a main Avengers film or a standalone movie. Hawkeye was genuinely impressive and certainly deserves its place on this list.

5. Loki

Tom Hiddleston’s Loki is among the most beloved characters in the MCU, so when it was announced that he would be receiving a solo series, fans were understandably excited. The series lived up to the hype.

While the second season wasn’t quite as strong, the first season was nothing short of excellent, adding depth and emotional resonance to Hiddleston’s antihero and solidifying his status as one of the most cherished MCU characters. There’s no doubt this series deserves its spot on the list.

4. WandaVision

The MCU’s foray into television began with WandaVision, a series that exceeded expectations and significantly influenced the franchise’s future. It set the stage for Doctor Strange 2, introduced us to Agatha, and delivered a compelling and emotionally resonant story centered on Wanda.

The series highlighted Elizabeth Olsen’s exceptional talent while revealing the deep-rooted pain and injustices her character has faced in the MCU. The portrayal of loss was truly remarkable, which is why this show has garnered so much love from fans.

3. Peacemaker

In addition to John Cena’s charisma, one of the key reasons Peacemaker became so popular is that it remained true to itself throughout.

The show never pretended to be anything other than what it is—a fun, entertaining series meant to make people laugh and enjoy themselves. This authenticity is likely what resonates most with fans. It was a tremendous success for the DCEU, and it’s easy to see why it deserves a place on this list.

2. The Boys

Is there anything left to say about The Boys that hasn’t already been discussed? The show is a brilliant political satire, delivering impactful social and political commentary that resonates deeply.
