‘Agatha All Along’ Star Joe Locke Reveals He Has Yet to Meet Elizabeth Olsen: If he would’ve just said nothing, we would’ve believed him

Last week’s episode of ‘Agatha All Along’ revealed the identity of Joe Locke’s “The Teen.” It was revealed that he is in fact Billy Kaplan aka reincarnated Billy Maximoff aka Wiccan from the comics – the son of Scarlet Witch.

Fans have been suspicious about his connection to the character ever since it was announced that his character is gay in the MCU. Since there are only a few gay characters with such a strong connection to Wanda.

Then, the hints just kept piling up, from his sigil to his mysterious childhood and the fact that Marvel merch leak revealed both his and Rio Vidal’s true identities weeks in advance.

Now that the cat is out of the bog, Locke sat down with Entertainment Weekly and revealed one suprising thing. He is yet to meet his in-universe mother, Elizabeth Olsen who notably portrays Wanda Maximoff in the MCU.

Fans have a hard time believing that, as Locke has a known history of lying in the context of his role and the details surrounding it. Prior to the show’s premiere, the actor largely hinted at the fact that he is playing Wiccan, only to deny playing him.

Fans are convinced that Locke is lying about this since admitting that he did meet Elizbeth Olsen would mean that he must’ve met her on set – when she was shooting her scenes for ‘Agatha All Along,’ no matter how small they are.

Fans have been speculating even before the show’s release that Scarlet Witch will likely appear in the show. The showrunner Jac Schaeffer, however seemingly debunked this, claiming that it’s Agatha’s show and no one should steal her thunder.

In any case, even if Locke is lying about this, it’s for a good reason since admitting that he met her would potentially spoil one major cameo.
