Carrie-Anne Moss, best known for her iconic role in The Matrix, recently addressed the unexpected cancellation of The Acolyte, her latest project on Disney+. ‘Yeah, I don’t really invest in thinking about whether…it’s like when I was in a Marvel show [Jessica Jones] and I was really shocked when it got cancelled in the end. […]‘You kind of get used to that so you don’t really…you can’t even have a moment of disappointment. It’s just not worth it. It just happens. It’s part of it.’

Moss’s calm acceptance comes from her years of experience in an industry where sudden changes are the norm. She emphasized that abrupt endings are simply part of the career she’s chosen, and dwelling on them serves no purpose.
