It’s Halloween, and people are dressing up as their favorite characters, celebrities, or anything else they love. Halloween is the perfect time to try on a new look, and as always, tons of creative (and sometimes wild) cosplay photos are popping up online. That’s what we’re here to talk about!
Starfire is one of DC’s most popular female characters, known from Teen Titans in both animated and live-action versions. Now, we’ve got a fresh cosplay take on her.
A well-known (or maybe not-so-well-known, depending on who you ask) musician dressed up as Starfire this Halloween and shared the photos online. Fans have mixed feelings, but an important figure from DC gave the look their stamp of approval. Could this hint at something bigger?
Musician Megan Thee Stallion is a big name in the industry, though she can be divisive—you either love her or you don’t. Her music is popular, she’s successful, and she definitely knows how to grab attention.

Love them or not, the photos sparked plenty of reactions, with many of the musician’s fans showing their excitement in the comments—especially since the look seems inspired by the comics. But beyond fan support, a surprising filmmaker also shared his enthusiasm for these images, as seen here:

Could this mean Megan Thee Stallion will join the DCU as Starfire? Right now, there’s no real sign that anything is in the works. The Teen Titans aren’t scheduled for the DCU yet, and this reaction doesn’t seem to hint at any bigger plans. So, anyone worried after her She-Hulk cameo can relax for now.
