Warner Bros. Is Auctioning Ben Affleck’s Batman Suit and More to Celebrate 85th Anniversary

This year marks Batman’s 85th anniversary—85 years of solving mysteries, fighting for justice, and taking down villains. It all started with a short six-page story in 1939’s ‘Detective Comics’ #27. Since then, Batman has inspired video games, hit movies, TV shows, and plenty of other forms of media.

In honor of Batman’s 85th anniversary Warner Bros. decided to hold a massive auction featuring various Batman props, and props related to his media and/or supporting characters.

PropstoreAuction has already revealed the items, and if you’re a fan of Dark Knight you will be amazed at what’s on the roster. The most highly awaited items include Batman’s stunt batsuit from ‘The Flash’ (2023), Batman’s batsuit from ‘Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice’ (2016), Batgirl’s Arctic batsuit from ‘Batman & Robin’ (1997), and Robin’s costume from ‘Batman Forever’ (1995).

One interesting item that’s expected to fetch a high price is the Joker’s Jokermobile from ‘Suicide Squad’ (2016). For those with limited pockets, some minor props are included in the auction as well such as Batman’s cowl from ‘The Dark Knight’ (2008) and ‘The Dark Knight Rises’ (2012), Arkham Asylum key from ‘Batman & Robin’ (1997), Two-Face’s coin from ‘Batman Forever’ (1995), and Robin’s Batskiff from ‘Batman & Robin’ (1997).

Fans will have the opportunity to bid on the suit on December 6, 2024, starting at 1:00 PM (PDT) / 9:00 PM (GMT).
