At the world premiere of Mickey 17 in London, Robert Pattinson shared a little update on The Batman: Part II. While attending the event at Leicester Square, Pattinson confirmed the sequel to The Batman will begin production by the end of this year.
When speaking to reporters, Pattinson wouldn’t reveal much about the plot. However, he mentioned, ‘I know what it’s about but I can’t tell anyone.’ Despite keeping things under wraps, he hinted that it would be very exciting and cool.
Pattinson is currently starring in Bong Joon-ho’s new film Mickey 17. He plays Mickey Barnes, a pastry chef who ends up on a space mission as an expendable employee.
His job is quite extreme, as it requires him to die repeatedly and get ‘reprinted’ each time. The role shows Pattinson in a very different light compared to his previous projects.
Fans are eagerly awaiting more details about The Batman: Part II. While Pattinson is keeping secrets for now, the news about production starting soon is exciting for anyone following the actor’s journey in the role of Gotham’s vigilante.
