Cox shared, “I actually thought, ‘Oh wow, I’m getting a James Bond film,’ and then I realized it wasn’t a Bond film but a game show.” This wasn’t quite the glamorous action-packed role he had expected. Instead of stepping into the world of high-tech gadgets, intense spy missions, and car chases, Cox found himself hosting a reality TV game show based on the famous spy franchise.

007: Road to a Million is a game show that Amazon Prime Video created as part of their effort to expand the James Bond universe after they acquired MGM, the home of the 007 films, in 2021.

The show puts contestants through a series of challenges inspired by the world of Bond, including testing their intelligence, teamwork, and physical abilities.
