Peter Sarsgaard Is the Latest Actor to Join Highly-Anticipated ‘Neuromancer’ Adaptation

William Gibson’s Neuromancer is one of the most important and popular sci-fi novels of all time. For many, it is the embodiment of cyberpunk literature, which is why a lot of people are happy to know that an adaptation is in the works.

Led by Graham Roland and produced by Apple, the series will feature a stellar cast and we can now confirm that another popular name has officially joined the cast list of the upcoming series. He is Peter Sarsgaard and we are certain that his range and talent will bring a lot to the series.

Neuromancerfollows a damaged, top-rung super-hacker named Case (Turner) who is thrust into a web of digital espionage and high-stakes crime with his partner Molly (Middleton), a razor-girl assassin with mirrored eyes, aiming to pull a heist on a corporate dynasty with untold secrets.”

Sarsgaars is no stranger to big-scale projects, with his filmography including successful roles in Presumed Innocent, Dopesick, Interrogation, The Looming Tower, The Slap, and The Killing, as well as theatrical roles in Shattered Glass, for which he earned a Golden Globe nomination, as well as Jarhead, Garden State, Jackie, The Batman, and September 5.

Sarsgaard will thus join confirmed cast members Callum Turner (Case), Briana Middleton (Molly), Joseph Lee (Hideo), Mark Strong (Armitage), Clémence Poésy (Marie-France Tessier or Lady 3Jane), and Emma Laird.
