Michael B. Jordan Wants ‘Creed IV’ Reunion with Jonathan Majors—And More!

Michael B. Jordan has expressed his desire to work with Jonathan Majors again, despite the controversies surrounding the actor. Jordan, who directed and starred in Creed III, shared in a recent email that he hopes to collaborate with Majors on Creed IV and possibly other projects.

He was arrested. He went to court. He did what he was supposed to do. I’m not sure what else there is.” Jordan said, “I would love to make Creed IV together — among other projects.”

Majors, who played the antagonist Damian Anderson in Creed III, was found guilty of misdemeanor assault and harassment in 2023 following a trial related to domestic violence accusations.

The fallout from the case led to him being dropped by Marvel, where he was set to play the villain Kang the Conqueror in upcoming films. He also lost key management and publicity representation. Despite this, some in Hollywood continue to support him, including Jordan and actor Matthew McConaughey.

Jordan’s statement comes at a critical time for Majors, as his independent film Magazine Dreams is set for release on March 21. Many see the film as a test of whether audiences are still willing to support the actor. Majors has spoken out for the first time since his sentencing, reflecting on his personal struggles and hopes for the future.

While some, like Whoopi Goldberg, believe Majors has served his punishment and deserves another chance, others, including a former girlfriend who spoke out against him, remain skeptical of his redemption.

The conversation around his career remains divided, but Jordan’s willingness to work with him again suggests that at least some in the industry are open to his return.

Whether Majors will get another shot at Hollywood success remains to be seen, but with Jordan backing him, Creed IV could mark the beginning of his comeback.
