Awesome Theory Suggests RDJ’s Dr. Doom Will “Take Care Of” Ms. Marvel, Shang-Chi, and America Chavez First

This year’s SDCC brought a plethora of announcements. It’s been revealed that Kang’s storyline will seemingly be dropped as the Multiverse Saga will focus on a new far more menacing villain Doctor Doom.

Doctor Doom will be played by Robert Downey Jr. who portrayed Iron Man up until the end of ‘Endgame’ during which the character dies, marking the most emotional moment in the MCU so far.

The announcement that RDJ is Doom was met with mixed fan reactions, fans are afraid that MCU won’t probably separate him from Iron Man. The means through which the character will be implemented in the MCU remain unknown as well with some theories claiming that he will have no connection to Iron Man at all, and some claiming that Doom will actually be a variant of Iron Man but from a different more twisted reality.

A most recent set of rumors claims that we will get our first taste of Doom in ‘Fantastic Four: First Steps,’ and while we wait we can only speculate.

In the past, we covered that the MCU will most likely press forward with an adaptation of ‘Time Runs Out’ storyline (or some variant of it). During the event, Doctor Doom steals the power of Beyonder in order to “save” reality from Incursions that threaten to destroy both Earth-616 and Ultimate Universe.

Doom is ultimately successful as he manages to rebuild reality from remnants of various other realities and dubs it The Battleworld, which is the point at which the Secret Wars storyline begins.

Several theories suggest that Doom will attempt to do the same thing with the MCU as well, which will explain how the Fantastic Four and X-Men will end up on Earth-616.

One fan theory or rather a rumor posted on Comicodigy claims that to merge universes Doom will have to use The Ten Rings, Kamala’s Bangle, and America Chavez herself which makes them his natural primary targets.

The Ten Rings have an extremely mysterious origin in the MCU, as evident by the ending of the ‘Shang-Chi’ movie when it was revealed that the rings are far older than it was thought and that they are actually a beacon, calling something.

Then, America Chavez. Chavez possesses innate powers due to her unique status across the Multiverse, with no variants in any timeline or alternate reality. Her abilities include extra-dimensional energy manipulation, which allows her to channel inter-dimensional energies and enhance the power of her punches, making her super strong.

Lastly, Kamala’s Bangle aka The Quantum Bands, which are cosmic artifacts linked to the universe’s history, used to create the network of Jump Points as was seen in ‘The Marvels’ and ‘Ms. Marvel.’

It’s evident that since the MCU currently lacks Beyonder, Doom will be forced to mimic his power through persons and artifacts that are deeply connected to the fabric of space-time and multiverse.
