Bill Skarsgård Expresses Interest in Playing Both Batman and Joker in the DCU

JH: Um… you do still, I guess, technically have your Marvel eligibility card because we… we mentioned Eternals, but that’s like a bit thing, Deadpool too, tiny little thing…

BS: Yeah, Yeah…

JH: I mean, I don’t know… Were you comic book kid? Is that something of interest… Crow…

BS: Batman was mine. Yeah, I was, like, a Batman kid, um… Batman was my, uh, my superhero.

JH: Did you talk to Andy about… cuz he’s potentially doing The Brave and the Bold?

BS: Yeah, yeah. It’s, um… yeah, I don’t know exactly where it… where he is with it, but, uh… but, yeah. So, that was cool, and… and, um… um, yeah.

JH: Would you rather be Batman or Joker at this point in your career?

BS: Um… maybe both? I can be sort of a schizophrenic…

JH: Warner Bros., you can save money: one actor!

BS: Exactly, yeah, yeah! In this one, Batman is Joker, and Joker’s Batman, yeah!

JH: Finally, a new twist!

BS: Actors do that when they play, like, twins or, like, you know… Sounds so exhausting! Like, shooting in, like, changing outfits and then, like, acting opposite yourself. I don’t know, man. Like, I… I… I… yeah, I think you know I… I do have a fucking cool Joker in me, probably somewhere. I think that would be pretty sick.
