A couple of weeks ago, Chris Pratt teased his involvement with both the DCU and the MCU. We know that ‘Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3’ teased his return with the caption “Star-Lord will return” but there are also plenty of arguments to support his crossover to the DCU.

Pratt was recently seen with James Gunn on the set of Superman, which prompted fans to speculate that he indeed does have a role in the movie, not matter how minor it could be. Pratt’s recent comments only fueled further speculations.

Speaking for TMZ Pratt revealed that he can’t spoil if he has (or doesn’t have) a role in the DCU but he is certainly interested for various roles.

There’s always a chance but of course, I wouldn’t be able to spoil it here on the sidewalk with you. […] But I better not, I better not.

He also refused to state what character he would like to play, leaving that speculation for the fans:

Man, I just have to leave that to the fans, and to people like James [Gunn] to decided. I’m not exactly sure. […] If it could fit into my schedule and if it made sense…I would love it. Of course, I love playing Star-Lord, and so, hopefully, there’s a chance that could come back, and you know I just feel so blessed, to be able to do any of it, to be considered for any of it. […] If It’s right and the fans would love it, then I’d be more than happy to do it.

Pratt was heavily speculated to join the DCU with the role of Booster Gold, a character that is set to get his own series as part of the DCU’s first phase, however, Gunn debunked that a couple of weeks ago, although his wording doesn’t necessarily exclude that Pratt is involved with the role.
