The projects definitely sounds promising, and with a script by horror legend Mike Flanagan, DECU is slowly heading towards a sure hit. Rumors about Flanagan’s Clayface movie have been abundant, with people discussing the filming date, the connection to the DCEU and other projects, as well as the casting of the titular character. And while we still don’t have anything official, it is interesting to observe just how the rumors are evolving.

The most recent rumor in that aspect comes from DanielRPK via his Patreon account. Namely, as he himself said, he’s heard that the Clayface movie will begin shooting this July, which is a slight change when compared to the earlier rumors, which suggested a spring filiming start.

This is, of course, just a rumor and it doesn’t reveal much in terms of the films release, but it is definitely interesting to hear. It seems that Clayface might start filming very soon, as all the rumors, regardless of the source, point to the same fact, which is definitely good. Still, stick with us for more updates, as we are going to bring them as soon as they are available!
