According to multiple sources, the hacktivist group NullBulge has allegedly stolen over 1TB of data from Disney. This includes unreleased projects, login credentials, raw images, code, and more.

The breach occurred through Disney’s internal Slack, a popular collaboration and communication platform that has increasingly been targeted by hackers in recent years.

“NullBulge” claims to have leaked 1.1 terabytes of Disney’s internal Slack data, including nearly 10,000 channels, all messages and files, unreleased projects, raw images and code, logins, and links to internal APIs/web pages. This hack has not yet been acknowledged or confirmed by official sources.

According to their official site, NullBulge aims to protect the interests of artists worldwide. They target high-profile entities that commit offenses such as using AI to generate artwork, promoting cryptocurrency, and stealing from artists.

Their mission is to reduce theft from artists and promote a fair and sustainable ecosystem for creators. The hacktivist group claims their hacks are meant to punish those who steal, regardless of the scale. This context explains why Disney might be targeted by such an attack. What are your thoughts?
