She-Hulk is often regarded as one of the greatest female Marvel characters of all time, and she can likewise be considered among the strongest. She-Hulk, like her cousin, has nearly unlimited strength and endurance to go with it. Gamora, on the other hand, rose to fame with the release of Guardians of the Galaxy movies, and now we can’t imagine the team without her. One common thing that both Gamora and She-Hulk share is that they are incredibly powerful and dangerous to be around. Due to this, if it ever came to a battle between Gamora and She-Hulk, who would be stronger, and who would win?

She-Hulk is stronger than Gamora and would win a fight against her. Even though Gamora is a far more skilled fighter between the two, She-Hulk has incredible raw strength and durability that isn’t as easily countered. It would be a close match, but considering that She-Hulk can go up against Hulk any time, Gamora doesn’t stand a chance.

Now that we’ve covered that She-Hulk is more powerful than Gamora, it’s time to analyze why. We’re going to cover the powers, abilities, speed, and strengths of both our characters, so you can see why we came to our conclusion. If you’re interested, stay with us!

Powers and abilities

Even though Thanos and his various treatments enhanced Gamora’s physiology, she never developed any extra powers and abilities beyond her superhuman physiology. I mean, she is an alien, but she is likewise far stronger than any representative of her species as well. Regarding psionic powers, energy projection, and other similar supernatural powers like utilizing magic, Gamora has none. But she doesn’t let it hurt her in the slightest.

She-Hulk, like Gamora, mostly relies on her physical strengths. Still, like her cousin Bruce Banner, she has demonstrated some moderate ability to manipulate gamma radiation. This peculiar ability is not enough to go up against some other Marvel energy-based powerhouses, but it’s enough to go up against Gamora.

Since Gamora never manifested energy-projecting abilities, this point easily goes to She-Hulk, but it barely counts since both superheroines mostly rely on their strength, speed, and skills.

Strength and Stamina

Due to Thanos’ enhancements, Gamora has access to superhuman strength. Her physiology has been enhanced up to the point that Gamora can lift 25 tons easily. Like her strength, Gamora’s stamina is likewise beyond the ordinary as her body generates fewer fatigue toxins than it is normal, resulting in less rest needed and the fact that she can fight for a relatively long time without getting tired.

She-Hulk’s strength is, at this point, legendary. Like her cousin, She-Hulk can lift above 100 tons easily, and she is among the physically strongest superheroes in the Marvel Universe. Her stamina allows her to fight for an incredibly long time without getting significantly tired, and as long as she is mad, she will be getting enough energy to continue fighting.

Since Gamora is not only among the strongest female superheroes but among the strongest superheroes in general, Gamora, with her 25 tons strength limit, doesn’t really stand a chance. This point goes to She-Hulk.

Speed

Gamora was never considered a speedster in the Marvel comics; still, due to her enhanced alien physiology, she is capable of moving faster than the finest human athlete. Gamora can achieve the speed of sound while running. She has enhanced reflexes, balance, and agility, which makes her deadly in combat.

You would be surprised to know that although she has a relatively bulky frame, She-Hulk is extremely fast. She has superhuman speed, meaning she can run up to 700mph. She-Hulk’s greatest speed advantage is not in the running; however, it is in the superhuman leaping ability that allows her to jump at least 600 feet in the air and cross a distance of 1000 feet in a single leap. The most notable case of her superhuman leaping is when she jumped from downtown New York to Ryker’s Island, where Stafox was held captive.

She-Hulk’s superhuman leaping is useful in combat, but we’re unsure whether it would fare well against Gamora’s superior speed, reflexes, and reaction times. This point goes to Gamora.

Points: Gamora (1:2) She-Hulk

Durability

Gamora’s skeleton is constructed out of lightweight alloy that works perfectly well with her hardened bodily tissue in the context of tanking damage. Gamora is extremely durable and was known to survive massive blows and energy attacks that would have killed lesser beings and average humans. She can tank damage, inhospitable conditions, massive temperatures, outer-space conditions, and radiation.

It’s not easy to injure Gamora, and Captain Marvel failed to do so when Gamora managed to tank her photonic blast at point-blank range. Still, even if it is hard to injure her, it can still be done. Gamora is, however, prepared for damage as she has an extremely fast healing factor that can repair even the most severe damage in a matter of moments.

She-Hulk is known to be among the most durable superheroes. There’s seemingly nothing that she can’t tank, and it’s hard to find a weapon strong enough to even pierce her skin. She can withstand high pressures, temperatures, energy blasts, field-artillery cannon shells, magical weapons; you name it. She-Hulk also has an extremely rapid healing factor that makes her immune to most human calamities. It’s hard to find something to injure She-Hulk, and she is practically immune to most forms of damage.

She-Hulk is more durable than Gamora, as she is known to be difficult to deal with, like her cousin Bruce Banner. Due to this, the point goes to She-Hulk.

Intelligence

Gamora was never known to be a super-genius, but her long history of being used by Thanos in his conquest afforded her a vast knowledge of weaponry, military tactics, and strategies.

She-Hulk, like Gamora, was never known to hold debates with Reed Richards, but if there is one thing that she is famous for, it’s her strength and her law degree from UCLA School of Law. Yes, She-Hulk is an accomplished attorney, and even though she doesn’t have as much experience fighting as Gamora, the degree has to count as something right.

In terms of intelligence, Gamora and She-Hulk are probably on the same level, and due to this, both get the point.

Points: Gamora (2:4) She-Hulk

Combat Skills

Gamora holds the title of the “Most dangerous woman in the Universe,” and she is considered to be among the most lethal assassins in the galaxy. She has highly advanced combat skills and knowledge of weaponry and is considered among the best hand-to-hand combatants in the Marvel Universe.

Speaking of She-Hulk’s combat skills, it’s enough to say that Gamora trained She-Hulk, as her skills were far inferior.

She-Hulk vs. Gamora: Who wins?

As you can see by the points and our analysis, She-Hulk is ultimately stronger and more powerful than Gamora. Jennifer is stronger and more durable, while Gamora is faster and has better combat skills. The thing that prevailed ultimately was the fact that She-Hulk is so insanely overpowered in terms of her durability and strength that Gamora really doesn’t have anything to deal with her. It would be a close match, but ultimately, the one that She-Hulk would win.
