One of the most prominent characters in the storyline of Star Wars is Ahsoka Tano, who has seen her fair share of appearances in different Star Wars TV shows. Of course, the most prominent TV show she has appeared on is the ‘Ahsoka’ series, as this show focuses on her as the primary protagonist. But we’ve seen Ahsoka in many different storylines spanning decades. So, how old is Ahsoka in every Star Wars appearance?

Ahsoka Tano was around 14 to 17 years old during the events of ‘The Clone Wars.’ In ‘Rebels,’ Ahsoka was around 32 to 33 years old. Then, during the New Republic era, which includes ‘The Mandalorian,’ ‘The Book of Boba Fett,’ and ‘Ahsoka,’ Ahsoka is right around 45 years old.

One of the best things about Ahsoka is that she is a survivor because Anakin Skywalker specifically trained her to survive. In that regard, she survived most of the major events that took place during the Skywalker Saga, and that’s why we have seen her growing and aging before our very eyes. Let’s look at Ahsoka Tano’s age in her every Star Wars appearance.

Ahsoka’s age during ‘The Clone Wars’

Ahsoka Tano was officially introduced as a canon character in Star Wars in the 2008 ‘Star Wars: The Clone Wars’ movie, wherein she was assigned to Anakin Skywalker as his Padawan learner. Her story continued during the events of the seven seasons of the series version of ‘The Clone Wars,’ which told a story that spanned three years.

The events of the Clone Wars started on 22 BBY when the First Battle of Geonosis happened during the events of ‘Attack of the Clones.’ After that, the Clone Wars went on for three years as it ended on 19 BBY when the Republic defeated the Separatists, albeit at the cost of the Jedi Order, which was destroyed.

Ahsoka was born on 36 BBY. As such, she was introduced during the Clone Wars as a 14-year-old Padawan who was part of the fast-tracked Jedi training program that the Jedi Order agreed on so that they could easily replenish their ranks while the war raged on. Three years went by during the Clone Wars. As such, Ahsoka Tano was around 17 years old at the end of the entire series.

Ahsoka’s age in ‘Tales of the Jedi’

‘Star Wars: Tales of the Jedi’ is an anthology series that tells different stories involving different Jedi. The episodes were meant to fill in holes while also showcasing some in-between moments that happened in the lives of the Jedi involved in the storyline. Season 1 told the stories of Count Dooku and Ahsoka Tano.

In the first episode involving Ahsoka, she was around just a few months old as she was just an infant when it was discovered that she was strong in the Force. The next episode featuring her occurred during the middle portion of the Clone Wars, meaning she was around 15 to 16 years old. Then, in the final episode, one year has passed since the fall of the Jedi Order. That means that Ahsoka was already 18 years old at that time.

Ahsoka’s age during ‘Rebels’

The ‘Star Wars Rebels’ storyline started on 5 to 4 BBY, just five years before the events of ‘A New Hope.’ While none of the main characters of Star Wars were heavily involved in this series, it did include cameo appearances from some of them. Ahsoka was one of the characters who appeared from time to time to help out the main characters of ‘Rebels.’

‘Rebels’ follows the story of the Spectres, which are a group of Rebels who operate independently as they try to find ways to defeat the Empire or, at the very least, spark the fires of hope within all of the people who were oppressed by the Empire. But the Spectres got their detail from a character codenamed Fulcrum, who was actually Ahsoka Tano.

Ahsoka was revealed in the final episode of ‘Rebels’ season 1, which took place around 5 to 4 BBY. She was a recurring character in season 2, which took place around 4 to 3 BBY. As such, she was around 32 to 33 years old at that time, considering that 15 years went by between the fall of the Jedi Order and the events of season 2 of ‘Rebels.’

Ahsoka’s age during the New Republic Era

The New Republic era of Star Wars currently includes three shows. These are ‘The Mandalorian,’ ‘The Book of Boba Fett, and ‘Ahsoka.’ Ahsoka Tano appeared in all three of these shows, as she made her live-action debut in season 2 of ‘The Mandalorian.’

While we aren’t sure when the events of some of these shows take place, we know that ‘The Mandalorian,’ which is the first show that takes place during the New Republic era, started on 9 ABY. Of course, it is often speculated that all three seasons of ‘The Mandalorian’ and the events of ‘The Book of Boba Fett’ took place on 9 ABY.

Ahsoka made her debut in season 2 of ‘The Mandalorian.’ She appeared in ‘The Book of Boba Fett,’ which takes place just after ‘The Mandalorian’ season 2. That means that Ahsoka was already around 45 years old in these shows because of the fact that around 12 years went by since Ahsoka’s last appearance in ‘Rebels.’

Of course, it is often said that the ‘Ahsoka’ series takes place concurrently or after the events of ‘The Mandalorian’ season 3. This means that the series also takes place on 9 ABY. As such, Ahsoka Tano is somewhere around 45 years old in her own series.
