In October 2022, it was announced that ‘Vision Quest’ was in development. The show is a second spinoff of ‘WandaVision’ alongside ‘Agatha All Along’ and has been marked a part of trilogy.

The show will naturally follow White Vision as we never got to see how his story developed during ‘WandaVision.’ The show has had some big updates recently. Paul Bettany, who plays White Vision, said he will watch ‘Agatha All Along’ to prepare for his role, hinting that the two shows are connected. Also, James Spader is confirmed to return as Ultron.

Some recent reports brought to light by Daniel Richtman claim that both Vision and Ultron will be in their human forms at times. This rumor is supported by a piece that The Hollywood Reporter published a few weeks ago that claimed that it’s unknown whether Ultron will be in his robot or human form. This doesn’t mean all that much when it comes to Vision but for Ultron, it might have massive implications.

In the comics, Ultron’s human form is a rare and unique concept that has been explored in a few storylines. Typically, Ultron is known as a powerful, highly intelligent artificial intelligence in a robotic body, created by Hank Pym with the intent of helping humanity, only to turn against his creator and humanity itself. However, there have been instances where Ultron has taken on a more human-like appearance or form.

The best thing is, since in the MCU, Ultron was created by Tony Stark, this would open up a perfect opportunity for RDJ to return to the MCU – as Ultron. – This is extremely unlikely to happen but would certainly be interesting.

During the ‘Rage of Ultron’ storyline, Ultron manages to merge his consciousness with Hank Pym, resulting in a hybrid being that possesses both the physical appearance of Pym and the consciousness of Ultron. This fusion leads to a new, highly conflicted version of Ultron known as “Ultron Pym.” The result is a being that has the appearance of Hank Pym but with a body that is a mix of human and robotic elements.

This version of Ultron struggles with the duality of its existence. At times, the Pym side of the fusion appears to feel guilt and remorse, while Ultron’s side is more ruthless and logical. This inner conflict makes “Ultron Pym” a highly unpredictable character.

Imagine Ultron returning as RDJ’s Tony Stark in the MCU? Emotionally manipulating the Avengers through familiar form?

In some stories, Ultron’s obsession with humanity leads him to take a variety of human or pseudo-human forms, all eventually descend into chaos, and it’s quite possible that Ultron if he returns in human form, will use to exert some kind of dominance over Vision – who he still considers his son.

Human Ultron is far more dangerous than his robotic counterpart due to his ability to blend in with humans, all the while plotting their doom. There’s a weirdly deceptive spin to this form that would possibly make our heroes sympathize with Ultron, all the while he finds new means to destroy and hate inferior humanity.

Ultron might find himself in human form accidentally, which would lead him to backlash over inferior beings.
