Karen Fukuhara and Erin Moriarty Claim That Jensen Ackles Is “Annoying”

‘The Boys‘ is one of the most popular comic book series of all time, largely due to the TV show’s exceptional popularity, which has, in turn, boosted the comic’s fame. Consistently ranked and listed as one of the best series ever, it continues to capture people’s interest.

In this report, we revisit the time when Jensen Ackles first appeared in the show as Soldier Boy. The renowned “Supernatural” actor joined “The Boys” in a spectacular fashion, with Soldier Boy remaining one of the show’s standout characters. Despite his character’s douchebag persona, Ackles himself seemed to be quite the opposite.

Erin Moriarty and Karen Fukuhara remarked in an old interview that Jensen Ackles was “annoying” because he was the complete opposite of his character. If this seems confusing, keep reading—we’ll explain everything shortly. Before we continue, here is a video from the interview where you can see and hear the comments we will be discussing:

If you can’t open the video for any reason, we can confirm that Erin Moriarty said the following about Jensen Ackles:

“Oh, Jensen! Jensen was just like, underwhelmingly, just not… a kind person. And it was such a bummer. He’s so kind. Aggressively kind. And I only said that… Like, what the hell? No one has ever been that nice. And he’s so sweet. So… Honestly, that’s how I feel about Jensen! That’s why when we met… Like, he’s underwhelming.”

At the same time, Karen Fukuhara confirmed this by saying:

“You can say that about someone that is that overwhelmingly, aggressively kind and good-looking, it’s like, annoying. Like, how?!”

As you can see, the “annoying” comment was actually a compliment and an inside joke rather than a negative remark. It’s clear that Ackles made a great impression on the set of “The Boys,” and his behavior towards his female co-stars was exemplary. It’s nice to have this confirmed, especially since his character is so different from who he is in real life.

That wraps up this report, but be sure to follow us for more updates on the series!
