Kathryn Hahn Earns Golden Globe Nomination for Agatha Harkness Role in ‘Agatha All Along’

‘Agatha All Along’ was a surprise hit in the MCU this year, exceeding expectations in quality and breaking records like the highest viewer retention rate and the lowest production costs.

Marvel executives have confirmed the show’s success, hinting at a bright future for its characters. Producer Winderbaum shared their excitement to explore more stories from WestView.

The show stars Kathryn Hahn as Agatha Harkness and Joe Locke as Billy Maximoff, her mysterious familiar. Other key characters include Aubrey Plaza as Death/Rio Vidal, Sasheer Zamata as potion-making witch Jennifer Kale, Patti LuPone as the wise seer Lilia Calderu, and William’s supportive parents and boyfriend, Eddie.

Now we’re pleased to announce that the nominees for the Golden Globes 2025 have dropped and Kathryn Hahn found herself on the list. Nominees for Best Actress in a TV Comedy or Musical are Kristen Bell (‘Nobody Wants This’), Quinta Brunson (‘Abbott Elementary’), Ayo Edebiri (‘The Bear’), Selena Gomez (‘Only Murders in the Building’), Kathryn Hahn (‘Agatha All Along’), and Jean Smart (‘Hacks’).

Besides the Golden Globes, the show has received multiple award nominations for its cast and series. Kathryn Hahn is also nominated as the best actress in Critics’ Choice, Independent Spirit, and Saturn Awards.

Patti LuPone earned nods for Best Supporting Actress and Performance in both the Critics’ Choice and Independent Spirit Awards. Joe Locke is recognized for the Best Breakthrough and Younger Performer categories, while Aubrey Plaza is nominated for Best Guest Star. The show itself is up for Best Superhero Television Series at the Saturn Awards.
