Lady Gaga Reveals What She Would do To Pattinson’s Batman During Their First Encounter & Fan Reactions are Mixed

A week stands between us and the release of ‘Joker: Folie à Deux’ a sequel to ‘Joker’ released in 2019. The movie picks up two years after the events of the first movie and sees Joaquin Phoenix reprising his role, with a new addition of Lady Gaga who will portray Harley Quinn.

Considering that the franchise is only loosely based on the comics, Lady Gaga revealed several months ago that her version of the character will be her own.

This statement alone proved polarizing reactions from the fans, with some claiming that there’s no use calling herself Harley Quinn if you’re not going to be Harley Quinn and some fans stating that they are looking forward to seeing what Lady Gaga has in store for them.

Now Lady Gaga recently sat down with Jake’s Takes to promote the upcoming movie and one of her statements once again provoked tons of comments. Gaga was asked by Hamilton how her character would react if she saw a guy named Batman. Gaga answered in a straightforward way, that her Harley would likely set him on fire:

Hamilton: What do you think your Harley Quinn would say the moment she saw a guy named Batman.

Lady Gaga: She would probably light him on fire.

Hamilton: Quite literally, I really wanna see that moment to be honest with you.

Fans had a lot of opinions on this one:

The likelihood of Lady Gaga meeting Pattinson’s Batman is nonexistent at this point, considering that the only potential Batman that exists in their world is young Bruce, son of Thomas Wayne who perishes at Arthur’s hands along with his wife in the first movie.
