Ke Huy Quan has been lining up roles and awards in recent years despite the fact that he took a 19-year break from acting to work behind the scenes. For our readers, the actor is best known for playing Ouroboros aka OB in the second season of ‘Loki.’

Fans liked his role and while we are wondering whether he will reprise his role in the future of the MCU. In a recent interview, Quan enthusiastically confirmed that he would love to reprise his role, emphasizing how much fun he had portraying O.B. and how rewarding it was to see the character so well received by fans.

He also praised his experience working with Tom Hiddleston and Owen Wilson and shared his hopes that O.B. could have a larger role beyond the TVA—possibly even appearing in the main timeline of the MCU.

First of all, the answer to that is a resounding yes. I LOVE O.B. I had such a fun time playing him, I loved him on the page, and when the show came out, he was so beloved – that was so gratifying. That entire experience, working with Tom Hiddleston and Owen Wilson, was amazing. I would love to see him do more, not only in the TVA but possibly in the main timeline…

At the end of ‘Loki’ Season 2, O.B. was back at the TVA, continuing his work after Loki made the ultimate sacrifice he also had also written a new TVA handbook, co-authored by Kang variant Victor Timely, and reactivated Miss Minutes, who now seemed far less menacing than before.

Given MCU’s recent trend of bringing TV characters into the movies—like Kamala Khan appearing in ‘The Marvels’ and Hunter B-15 showing up in ‘Deadpool & Wolverine’—the idea of O.B. making a big-screen debut isn’t out of the question.

Ke Huy Quan himself is eager for the possibility, expressing excitement at the idea of O.B. interacting with iconic heroes like Spider-Man or Iron Man.

Wouldn’t it be amazing if he got to interact with all these comic book heroes that I love, you know… Spider-Man, Iron Man…? That’s a question for the big man himself, Kevin Feige. But no, honestly, I’m very grateful for that role. It will always have a special place in my heart because the way I see O.B. is that he’s kind of the grown version of [The Goonies character] Data, with his knowledge and he’s so funny and quirky. Fingers crossed we’ll get to see more of him.
