Madelyn Cline Already Teased Her Preferred MCU Role With a Costume and Fans Wholeheartedly Agree

Marvel Studios recently updated its release slate for 2024, 2025, and beyond and it looks like fans have plenty of projects to get excited about. One of them is a highly anticipated sequel to ‘Spider-Man: No Way Home.’

Plenty of rumors are going around regarding the plot of the movie and possible villains, but only several things are certain. Zendaya and Tom Holland will reprise their respective roles and Destin Daniel Cretton will direct it.

By the likes of it, the movie will continue its multiversal themes, and some rumors claim that new supporting characters have been cast. Recently, we’ve covered rumors that Madelyn Cline was reportedly cast in the upcoming movie.

Fans already concluded that if this piece of news is true she is most likely playing Black Cat or Gwen Stacy. As it turns out the actress herself teased her potential role some time ago when she dressed up as Spider-Gwen for Halloween.

Yesterday we reported that the working title for the upcoming Spider-Man flick is ‘Blue Oasis’ by a production company called Blaze Films, Inc.

‘Spider-Man: Blue Oasis’ might refer to ‘Spider-Man: Blue’ a story by Jeph Loeb and and Tim Sale. In the story, on Valentine’s Day, Spider-Man feels sad and reflects on his first love, Gwen Stacy, who died long ago but still deeply affects him.

Naturally, MCU can’t exactly adapt this story since Gwen is not a part of the MCU yet, but as we theorized, it might introduce the character, have Peter develop and deep bond with her, and then kill her off by the end of the movie.
