Major ‘Fantastic Four: First Steps’ Plot Leak Reveals Key Details About Galactus, Silver Surfer, and the Team’s Reunion!

‘Fantastic Four: First Steps’ is one of the most awaited movies in the MCU, coming to theaters on July 25, 2025. Early set leaks suggest that things are looking great for the film.

The movie will take place in an alternate reality where the Fantastic Four are already a well-known team and will feature some of their most famous villains.

The cast includes Pedro Pascal as Reed Richards, Vanessa Kirby as Sue Storm, Joseph Quinn as Johnny Storm, and Ebon Moss-Bachrach as Ben Grimm, with Moss-Bachrach using CGI and performance capture for his role.

Considering that the movie takes place in an alternate reality and that Galactus (Ralph Ineson) is involved with the movie as well as Shalla-Bal MCU’s confirmed Silver Surfer, we can expect that some kind of reality-shattering event will force the family to relocate to the Sacred Timeline.

Now notable industry insider with a mixed track record MyTimeToShineHello reveals that in the movie, the team will have disbanded after Franklin Richards’ birth. They reunite when the Silver Surfer arrives on Earth to warn them about Galactus.

Keep in mind that this plot leak is not “official” naturally and we have no way of verifying this before the movie releases however some previous “plot leaks” pointed in the direction of Franklin Richard’s existence being the main driver of the Galactus-related plot.

According to past rumors, Galactus and Franklin Richards will have some kind of a special connection and Galactus will come to the Fantastic Four with a threat that they either hand over Franklin or face their world being destroyed.

The first official synopsis of the movie also hints in that direction with the statement that the stakes have become “personal.” Franklin Richard’s role in the movie wasn’t officially confirmed but Vanessa Kirby was seen on set holding a baby and apparently several boys in different age groups were cast for the film.
