Marvel Releases First Trailer for ‘Daredevil: Born Again’: Matt, Punisher, Muse & Kingpin Are More Vicious Than Ever

MCU is bracing for the release of one of its highly awaited shows – ‘Daredevil: Born Again.’ The show arrives on March 4, 2025, and Marvel Studios has finally revealed the first official look at the show.
The teaser trailer in question was the one released during SDCC and NYCC this year and it’s part of a greater release slate that’s been announced for 2024/2025.
The teaser sees Matt meeting with Kingpin after some time has passed. Matt is still practicing law and his extracurricular activities. Kingpin is now running for the position of the mayor of New York and this is bad news for superheroes and anti-heroes alike, mostly due to his efforts to root them off the streets.
The trailer also showcases the first official look at Jon Bernthal returning as Punisher, Muse – set to be one of the villains in the show, and Mohan Kapur reprising his role as Yusuf Khan.
‘Daredevil: Born Again’ stars Charlie Cox as Matt Murdock. Vincent D’Onofrio returns as Wilson Fisk, a crime lord running for mayor, while Jon Bernthal reprises his role as the Punisher, a lethal vigilante. Other key characters include Murdock’s love interest Heather Glenn, his friend Karen Page, and his law partner Foggy Nelson, along with several new characters introduced in the series.
The official synopsis for the show states:
Matt Murdock, a blind lawyer with heightened abilities, is fighting for justice through his bustling law firm, while former mob boss Wilson Fisk pursues his own political endeavors in New York. When their past identities begin to emerge, both men find themselves on an inevitable collision course.
The first season is set to comprise nine episodes. The series was originally expected to span 18 episodes, split into two nine-episode halves before a second season was confirmed.
