Marvel Studios Reportedly Working on a Thrilling New Punisher Show!

Daredevil: Born Again is one of the most exciting upcoming shows in the MCU. What started as a reboot of the Netflix series has become more of a continuation, with characters from the Defenders Saga now part of the MCU.

Charlie Cox is back as Matt Murdock/Daredevil, returning to New York as both a lawyer and a vigilante. Vincent D’Onofrio reprises his role as the crime lord Wilson Fisk/Kingpin, and Jon Bernthal returns as Frank Castle/The Punisher. Other returning stars include Deborah Ann Woll as Karen Page, Elden Henson as Foggy Nelson, and Ayelet Zurer as Vanessa Fisk.

Bernthal’s Punisher was officially confirmed to return after the show underwent a creative overhaul and reshoots last year.

Some early leaks suggest that Daredevil and Punisher might team up at some point in the show.

Fans have been hoping for Punisher to return for a long time, and recent reports say it could happen soon. Marvel Studios is said to be working on a show focused on Punisher.

The news comes from Daniel Richtman, a reliable industry insider. The show is expected to have a similar style to Daredevil: Born Again and feel like a continuation or Season 3.

This hasn’t been confirmed by Marvel or Jon Bernthal yet, but the actor is excited to return. He shared that he trained at a gun range and met Thomas Jane, who played Punisher in 2004. They discussed the character, which helped Bernthal prepare for Daredevil: Born Again.
