Mickey & Friends Recreate the Fantastic Four’s Most Iconic Adventures in New Disney Variant Covers

In 2025, each issue of Fantastic Four will feature a Disney What If? variant cover, showing Mickey and Friends as Marvel’s First Family!

Following the success of the recent Disney What If? covers celebrating the Avengers and X-Men’s 60th anniversaries, Mickey and his pals will keep the fun going in 2025 with new Fantastic Four covers.

Every month, Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Donald, and more will take on the roles of Mister Fantastic, Invisible Woman, Human Torch, and the Thing, recreating classic Fantastic Four moments.

The first two covers, set to release in January (22nd) and February (19th), will pay tribute to iconic Silver Age issues: Stan Lee and Jack Kirby’s Fantastic Four #3 and #51.

This special variant cover series arrives during a huge year for Marvel’s First Family, alongside the release of the Fantastic Four: First Steps movie and the One World Under Doom comic event. Fans can also expect big twists in Ryan North’s ongoing Fantastic Four run and even more tribute covers for this legendary superhero team!
