Nicolas Cage Poised to Return as Ghost Rider, but Insider Is Uncertain About His Full MCU Role

Alex is there to answer the fans’ questions and reveal some interesting leaks and rumors, and one of the questions asked was related to the popular Ghost Rider, whom fans have been wanting to see in the MCU for a while now. Here is what Alex had to say!

Fans wanted to know whether Nicolas Cage would be returning to play Ghost Rider, and Alex had some good news there:

Alex Perez: I have heard he’s set to return, but not in Doomsday.

But, as far as Cage’s and the character’s futures in the MCU are concerned, he was less certain, although he did tease an interesting connection:

Agent Alex Mahone: Sup, guys! Hello to Alex, hope you’re doing well. Is there anything you can tell about who’s gonna be the MCU’s Ghost Rider now?

Alex Perez: I don’t know much about casting info. It’s rare. Character-wise, I haven’t heard much either. Other than it’s possible, he’ll likely be an agent of Mephisto before he sets off on his own path.

As you can see, Ghost Rider is poised to return, but while Nicolas Cage will probably make at least one appearance, his overall fate in the MCU is uncertain, as Marvel might be looking to find another character on a more permanent basis.
