‘Squid Game’ Season 2 recently debuted on Netflix and became a huge hit. While some actors are using the show to boost their careers, others, like Park Sung Hoon, are caught up in strange incidents.

Park, who plays player 120, caused a stir online when he accidentally posted an adult video cover with nudity and a Squid Game theme on his social media. Initially, fans thought his account was hacked, but it was later revealed that it was an honest mistake. His agency, BH Entertainment, explained that Park had been overwhelmed by messages and accidentally uploaded the inappropriate image.

Park deeply regretted the incident and promised to be more careful moving forward.

The image featured explicit nudity of several women. His representative gave the following statement:

Actor Park accidentally posted the image, which he received in a direct message, by mistakenly pressing the wrong button. The actor himself was also very shocked [at what happened].

He is deeply sorry for making such a mistake in these circumstances and promises to be especially careful to ensure it doesn’t happen again.

Many fans online said the explanation made the situation more confusing than the mistake itself, and it does sound strange.

Park Sung-hoon became popular through supporting roles in dramas like ‘Three Days,’ ‘Six Flying Dragons,’ and ‘My Only One.’ More recently, he’s been known for his villain roles in ‘The Glory’ (2022-2023) and ‘Queen of Tears’ (2024). Hopefully, this incident won’t negatively affect his career, as the internet tends to remember things.
