Paul Bettany will soon reprise his Marvel in a new show dubbed ‘Vision Quest’, and in the meantime, he plans to watch Agatha All Along a second time “because there’s a lot I need to learn for my part.”
The actor recently dropped some hints about his upcoming Marvel series, where he’ll return as Vision, with the show expected on Disney+ in 2026.
At the L.A. premiere of his new movie Here on Friday, Bettany revealed that filming will begin next year. “We’re working on something I’m really excited about,” he said, joking that he couldn’t share more because “snitches end up in ditches.”
The actor also shared his thoughts on the currently running Agatha All Along, a WandaVision spinoff featuring Kathryn Hahn as Agatha Harkness.
“I love it. I’m so proud of [showrunner] Jac Schaeffer, and I’m planning to watch it again because there’s a lot for me to learn as I prepare for my role,” Bettany said.
Vision Quest will also bring back James Spader’s Ultron — an AI created by Tony Stark to protect humanity but who ultimately turned against it, as seen in Avengers: Age of Ultron. Star Trek: Picard showrunner Terry Matalas is leading the project.
