Scarlett Johansson Says a Ninja Turtle Ruined Her Love Life!

You probably didn’t expect to read this title today! Scarlett Johansson recently talked about how her childhood crush on a Ninja Turtle affected her love life for years, until she found happiness with her husband, Colin Jost.

In an interview with MTV UK, Scarlett was asked about her favorite animated character. She explained that when she was young, the Ninja Turtles were very popular, and she had a crush on Raphael, the tough and moody one. However, her crush didn’t work out well, and she often ended up falling for the wrong guys.

I liked that he was problematic and it actually informed all of my dating choices, later on in life. I always went with the jerk. Why? Because of Raphael… It messed me up.

Raphael is the red-masked turtle in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. He’s known for being tough, hot-headed, and often angry. But underneath, he really cares about his family and friends, which are qualities young Scarlett Johansson couldn’t resist.

While Raphael caused some problems for Scarlett’s dating life, he eventually led her to find her husband, Colin Jost. Johansson now calls Jost “Michelangelo,” the orange-masked turtle. Michelangelo is fun, relaxed, and always cracking jokes. He’s the most playful one and loves pizza!

The couple has been married for over five years and has one child together.
