Some Fans Are Suggesting Antony Starr to Play Harvey Dent in Gunn’s DCU – And We Are All Down for It!

DCU has quite a few projects to be developed and released in the next several years, one that fans are most excited about is ‘The Brave and the Bold,’ DCU’s take on Batman. We recently covered how the movie might have found its next Bruce Wayne in Glen Powell, but fans have been suggesting one interesting fan casting for Harvey Dent / Two-Face.

You’re probably wondering what Starr has to do with all of it. Well, the actor is frequently associated with DCU and potential roles in this new cinematic universe primarily due to his connection to James Gunn.

Several weeks ago the actor was massively cast in the role of Booster Gold primarily due to his physical resemblance to the character, something that annoyed the actor and he debunked the rumor by giving fans a very Homelander response to it.

Now following his “debunked” Booster Gold casting, the actor is being fan-cast once again, this time as one of the most notable Batman villains – Harvey Dent aka Two-Face.

‘The Boys’ star recently commented on how Batman was his personal favorite until he got older:

“I think I liked Batman, then I got older… He’s not a superhero. He’s actually a guy running around in a bat outfit with some fancy toys & a chip on his shoulder about money… but it’s gonna be really exciting to see what happens with DC with James Gunn”

This prompted fans to develop a theory that Starr would be perfect to play Two-Face:

Starr does seem to be an excellent choice for the role. He nails down both the physical aspects and the personality, add this to his Batman disillusionment and we’re totally sold on it as well!
