Though set in a different reality from the Arrowverse, ‘Superman & Lois’ stood out as the best CW superhero show with its strong writing. The series had its ups and downs, especially in the previous year.

After Nexstar took over CW and the network restructured ‘Superman & Lois’ survived while many other shows were canceled. This resulted in some cast changes, fewer writers, and a reduced episode count compared to earlier seasons – especially a much smaller budget compared to previous seasons.

Despite these challenges, the show concluded its story in the fourth season, which was its final one, though it was originally planned for at least seven seasons.

The final season of the show was a great success adapting loosely ‘The Death of Superman‘ storyline. By the end, it managed to wrap up all character arcs quite nicely, including the story of our two favorite live-action Superboys.

The season currently holds an enviable 100% on Rotten Tomatoes when it comes to critics and 92% when it comes to audiences based on 100+ ratings. It was a great success for CW, and the latest viewership numbers support it.

According to TV Series Finale, The series finale of ‘Superman & Lois’ attracted 510,000 viewers on its airing night. Like the previous episode, it became the most-watched episode of the season and one of the top scripted broadcasts of The CW’s fall TV season.

Based on these numbers alone, it’s safe to say that Arrowverse concluded on an extremely high note!
