High Evolutionary

Herbert Edgar Wyndham, most commonly known as High Evolutionary, is a fictional character that appears in Marvel Comics. He was created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby and debuted in The Mighty Thor #134 in 1966. He is a highly intelligent scientist who has evolved himself to a nearly god-like status through technological and genetic manipulation. He has been both a hero and a villain and has played a significant role in many storylines throughout the Marvel Universe.
