The Time Variance Authority is currently looking very different, as Marvel fans probably know. Marvel Comics is currently releasing a new five-issue limited series called TVA, written by Loki writer Katharyn Blair and drawn by talented Marvel artist Pere Perez.

Announced by Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige and Marvel Comics Editor-in-Chief C.B. Cebulski during San Diego Comic-Con’s Marvel Fanfare Panel, this comic marked a big step forward for the TVA’s story.

The series, as we’ve said, consists of five issues, and Scarlet Witch fans will be happy to know that the series’ April issue – also the final one – will feature Wanda on the cover.

This series has been mixing the TVA’s classic comic version with its recent portrayal in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, as seen in Loki and Deadpool and Wolverine. For the first time, fans of the comics have met some of the MCU’s newest stars, including the fan-favorite Miss Minutes.

She has been leading a fresh team of unlikely heroes tasked with stabilizing timelines and patching up multiverse chaos.

Ghost-Spider also joined this lineup alongside Captain Carter and a heartbroken Gambit (Remy LeBeau). They have been traveling across realities on critical missions to stop temporal disasters that could tear everything apart and if the final issue’s cover is to be trusted, we can expect more information about Wanda:

‘It’s exciting to see our work go from screen to page,’ Feige said about the crossover between MCU and comic stories several months ago for Marvel.

As stated, the final issue – with Wanda on the cover – is hitting shelves in April 2025 and we can look forward to finding out more about Wanda’s story and how it is going to evolve further.
