The upcoming DC All In Special events are about to shake things up for the DC Universe this April. DC Comics has revealed its first major crossover of the All In publishing initiative, titled “We Are Yesterday.”

This storyline, spanning three key issues, brings together beloved writer Mark Waid and an impressive lineup of co-writers and artists to deliver a thrilling tale. The crossover will unfold in Batman/Superman: World’s Finest, Justice League Unlimited, and the Batman/Superman: World’s Finest 2025 Annual.

It all begins on April 16 with Batman/Superman: World’s Finest #38. Gorilla Grodd takes the spotlight, armed not only with his signature psychic abilities but also a strange awareness of the future. This raises questions about how his actions connect to the mysterious death of Darkseid.

Alongside the story, readers can look forward to incredible covers. Dan Mora’s first of three connecting covers sets the tone, while variant covers by Gavin Guidry, Adrían Gutiérrez, Elizabeth Torque, and Brandt & Stein add extra flair.

The story continues on April 23 with Justice League Unlimited #6. This issue reveals the terrifying true identity of the Inferno cult. But that’s not all—Lex Luthor, The Joker, Cheetah, and other iconic villains have a dangerous plan targeting the Justice League. Waid teams up with artist Travis Moore for what promises to be an epic showdown.

This issue also features stunning covers, including Mora’s second connecting piece and variants by Lee Bermejo, Nathan Szerdy, Dan Jurgens, Felipe Massafera, and Moore.

The finale arrives on April 30 in the Batman/Superman: World’s Finest 2025 Annual. Waid is joined by Christopher Cantwell and Morgan Hampton for this climactic issue, with artwork by Dan McDaid and Clayton Henry. The issue delves into the secret origin of the Legion of Doom and their devastating plan to eliminate Batman, Superman, and the Justice League.

To make things even more exciting, John Stewart makes his debut as the newest Green Lantern of Sector 2814. Mora’s final connecting cover completes the trio, with variant covers by Henry, Salvador Larroca, and Laura Braga.

This crossover promises action, surprises, and plenty of excitement for DC fans. Let us know what you think about “We Are Yesterday” in the comments below!
