‘Fantastic Four: First Steps’ is one of the most exciting MCU releases. The movie will introduce Marvel’s first family to the cinematic universe, following failed attempts to bring them to the big screen, well, depending on who you’re asking.

We know that the main cast of the movie, Pascal will be portraying Reed Richards, and Vanessa Kirby will be portraying Sue Storm. Ebon Moss-Bachrach and Joseph Quinn will star as Ben Grimm and Johnny Storm respectively.

Soon after the movie was announced rumors appeared that the movie would also feature Franklin and Valeria Richards, Sue’s and Reed’s children. Franklin will reportedly have some kind of a connection to Galactus (Ralph Ineson) as the child will reportedly be born in space.

Yesterday, an official synopsis for ‘First Steps’ has been revealed and describes the Fantastic Four’s fight against Galactus as “personal”

The film follows Reed Richards, Sue Storm, Johnny Storm, and Ben Grimm as they face their most daunting challenge yet. Forced to balance their roles as heroes with the strength of their family bond, they must defend Earth from a ravenous space god called Galactus (Ralph Ineson) and his enigmatic Herald, Silver Surfer (Julia Garner). And if Galactus’ plan to devour the entire planet and everyone on it weren’t bad enough, it suddenly gets very personal

You might argue that every time someone tries to destroy your reality and world is personal, but according to popular leaker, MyTimeToShineHello, there’s more to the story besides the raw fight for survival.

MTTSH claims that it’s going to person because Galactus will ask Sue and Reed to deliver Franklin to him.

This perfectly ties into that rumored connection between Franklin and Galactus, and some recent reports that Franklin and his powers will have a massive role to play in ‘Doomsday.’ Keep in mind that Franklin is extremely powerful, so powerful that at one point he made Galactus HIS herald.

No details about that connection have been revealed so far, but we’ll keep you posted with any future updates.
