‘You’re Hired!’ Donald Trump’s ‘The Apprentice’ Now Streaming on Prime Video

Fans of The Apprentice can now relive the hit reality show, as Amazon has officially made it available to stream on Prime Video. The first season of the series, which originally premiered in 2004, is now available in the United States. Starting today, March 10, new seasons will be added every Monday until April 27.
The Apprentice was hosted by Donald Trump, who later became the 45th President of the United States. The show was known for its intense business challenges, dramatic boardroom scenes, and Trump’s signature catchphrase: “You’re fired!”
Trump himself reacted to the news, saying he is looking forward to watching the show again: “I look forward to watching this show myself—such great memories, and so much fun, but most importantly, it was a learning experience for all of us!” he said in a statement.
Produced by legendary TV producer Mark Burnett, The Apprentice was a massive success when it first aired. It averaged 20 million viewers per week during its first season, making it one of the most popular reality shows of its time.
Mark Burnett, who also produced Survivor, praised the show’s impact and Trump’s role in its success: ‘The Apprentice’ is one of the best shows that I ever produced,” Burnett said. “The charismatic onscreen presence of President Donald J. Trump made it a bona fide hit! Now, thanks to Prime Video, a whole new audience will experience a new season every Monday. This show is a love letter to New York City!”
Burnett also pointed out how streaming can bring a new wave of popularity to older shows. He compared it to how Survivor found a new audience when older seasons became available to binge-watch during the pandemic.
This isn’t the first time The Apprentice has been available for streaming. All 15 seasons were previously on Tubi in 2019, but they are no longer available there.
Now, with Prime Video hosting the show, fans old and new can revisit the competition that made contestants battle for a job with Donald Trump in the heart of New York City.
The first season is streaming now, with more to come each Monday through April 27. Are you ready to step back into the boardroom?
